Review HVAC capacity, fire detection and suppression, container layout, emergency controls and local compliance requirements as an integrated package.
Controls and communications
Define protocols, data ownership, remote monitoring, cybersecurity responsibilities and alarm escalation before commissioning.
Warranty boundaries
Make clear how performance guarantees, cycle assumptions, availability, auxiliary consumption and cross-vendor troubleshooting will be managed.
